My experience with the car salesman Ron McCall was great. From the minute I walk in the door he treated me like a loyal customer. But I am very unhappy with the sale manager Jason and the financial rep. They were not up front about the pricing especially the addendum on the vehicle and the correct payoff. Brought my truck in at 10 and told a little over an hour to patch tire and swap back onto the truck, kept getting the 30 more minute routine to find out 4 hours later the tech lost the wheel lock key and now screwed us to the fact we have no way to change the tire during our 1300 mile travel home. Reed Lallier is the worst service center to ever think about going to.
Sales manager, Aaron McNeil, is very knowledgeable and explains all the bells and whistles that came with my new Chevy Trax. We got a good deal and are very satisfied. Purchased a Truck April 30th . By June 7 having car issues , brought it to be diagnosed and they claimed nothing was wrong . Purchased at 57,000 miles brought to trade in or sell after they reached out to me at 65’000 miles . Now all of a sudden they drive and “assume it’s a transmission issue” and can’t help me at all . These people are crooked and will do anything for a sell . Once you purchase they say to help with you . Military/ Veterans BEWARE !!

My vehicle is still there. It's been there for 5 days. All it needs is the starter. I've told the Service Advisor that all it needs is a starter. I don't think Reed Lallier's prices are fair. On my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD 4x4 truck I had the transmission filter and the fluid changed at the Powers Swain dealership for a little over $300. My Chevrolet Tahoe is a 2019, yet Reed Lallier charged me over $800 for fluid and filter change on it. There isn't any way that there can be a $500 difference between two dealerships performing the exact same service.

The Collision and Repair Dept broke my window while my car was in their care being fixed. They refused to fix it even after looking at the pictures they took which proved it wasn't broken prior to bringing in my car to them. The head of the Collision and Repair Dept. refused to take accountability for what their worker did and he was very unprofessiona by lying. I had to pay out of pocket for a window they broke while in their care because they refuse to fix the problem.

Please don’t buy from them. My husband purchased a truck from them 2 weeks ago that he returned to them today due to the multitude of problems it was having. He was given the option for them to fix the vehicle (but was told that there would be opportunities with this truck in the future) or he could trade it in and they would give him the best trade possible. The Dealership are crooks, car brought to them for recall part. They said that was not the reason why car would not start. Found something else wrong . Fixing recall cost nothing and they did not offer a rental. Ford motors on their recalls will offer a rental anyway long story short cost $700. and recall never fixed.
