I arrived a little early and Will who confronted me introduce his self and asked how he can help. Then he took my info, and then lead me to the lounge. He let me know after waiting so long because the filter had to be ordered. He came to tell me it on its way. And i wasn't allowed to use my free oil change. That's what service is. I worked in retail 53 yrs. It is very important to let your customer know not just their money matters...But they do. I've always brought Toyotas . I have owned a chevette ...

I have been shopping for a good used truck! Reed Lallier had a nice 2017 Silverado LTZ with low miles that caught my eye! I dropped my Chevy Cruze's car off this past Friday morning. For my oil change appointment today at 10:30am. After I check the status I went to pick my car up and I was helped by Matt Davis. Whom was very polite and courteous to me. At the same time he was dealing with another customer. Who was upset that their car wasn't ready when they got to the dealership.
