I recently purchased a vehicle from Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. The professionalism of the sales staff and managers is second to none. I came into the dealership on a mission. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted and had a trade-in price and bottom dollar line for what I was willing to pay for a new vehicle. I was promptly greeted by staff and was shown the vehicle immediately. Rock Lewis, one of the new sales associates on team Reed-Lallier, was very knowledgeable and was willing to assist me throughout my entire purchase. With the demands, I had set in place both Andre, the manager, and Rock were willing to find any means necessary to make my decision easy. We had an extensive price breakdown and there were no hidden curve xxxxx. Loria, the Finance Manager, was very helpful as well she worked to find me the best finance option that met my criteria. I have been shopping dealerships within a 200-mile radius and this dealership had the best prices, rebates, and sales team around. One word describes the service and customer treatment we received: Excellent. We were enroute from Florida to New Jersey when a sudden emergency on 95 brought us to Reed-Lallier. The service people were sensitive to our dire situation and provided immediate diagnosis and repair for a serious transmission problem in our Suburban. Despite supply chain delays, they repaired the Suburban in less time than we thought possible. They thoroughly explained the problem and kept us up to date on the status of the vehicle. Both Kevin, the Service Advisor, and Gene, the transmission specialist, were impressive: both are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly - they earned our trust.

On August 1,2021(Sunday) we filled our Diesel truck with gas. We live in Florida. Tim Maynor jumped on our truck first thing Monday morning and got us in/out and we was headed back home.We thought for sure we would be stuck in NC for a few days.
